Jurassic World Rebirth: Revelan la primera imagen del dinosaurio mutante en el nuevo tráiler

Gareth Edwards, director de la película, ha confirmado que esta criatura ha sido diseñada tomando inspiración de icónicos monstruos del cine

The first trailer for “Jurassic World: Rebirth” has arrived and with it, a preview of what promises to be the most terrifying and ambitious installment in the franchise. Among the many revelations that have excited fans, the first image of a new and chilling mutant dinosaur stands out.

Gareth Edwards, director of the film, has confirmed that this creature has been designed taking inspiration from iconic movie monsters, including the Rancor from “Star Wars”, the xenomorph from “Alien” and, of course, the legendary T-Rex from Jurassic Park. “When you create a creature, you mix your favorite monsters in a big pot,” Edwards explained in a recent interview.

Producer Frank Marshall also offered details about this new beast, assuring that it is not a simple dinosaur, but a being born of unforeseen mutations. “These are the dinosaurs that went wrong. There are some mutations,” he commented in statements to Vanity Fair, making it clear that the creature will be an unprecedented threat in the saga.

The trailer confirms that the protagonists will have to face these predators as they explore the island that was once the research center of John Hammond, the visionary behind the original park. In this new installment, the dinosaurs that were too dangerous for Jurassic Park have been rediscovered, and their existence will forever change the fate of humanity.

The official synopsis reveals that the story takes place five years after the events of Jurassic World Dominion. With the dinosaurs living in isolated tropical environments, a team of specialists, led by undercover agent Zora Bennett, is sent to collect genetic material from three of the planet’s most colossal creatures.
